This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for EmiFazzCard memberships. We strive to provide exceptional value and service to our members, but we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please read this policy carefully to understand our refund procedures.
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you decide to cancel your membership within this period, you are eligible for a full refund of the membership fee, provided that your card has not been activated or used for any discounts or benefits.
To request a refund during the cooling-off period, please contact our customer service team with your order details. The fazaa spirit of fairness guides our cooling-off period policy.
Once your EmiFazzCard has been activated and/or used, refunds are generally not provided except under the following circumstances:
If a significant number of our partner establishments (more than 50%) cease to honor EmiFazzCard discounts within the first three months of your membership, and we are unable to replace them with comparable alternatives, you may be eligible for a partial refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining membership period.
If persistent technical issues with our digital card system prevent you from using your membership benefits for a continuous period exceeding 14 days, and we are unable to resolve these issues or provide an alternative means of accessing your benefits, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the affected period.
If you can demonstrate that our services were materially misrepresented to you at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and the extent of use of the card.

For refunds processed after the cooling-off period but eligible under Section 2, an administrative fee of AED 50 may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.
Upon processing a refund, your EmiFazzCard will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to any membership benefits. Any pending benefits or discounts will be forfeited.
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise that are not covered by this policy. In such cases, please contact our customer service team, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. The fazaa spirit of community support may guide our decisions in special circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy that was in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your refund request.
